Your NTX Thunderbirds continued to put up impressive numbers at the plate and on the mound as they cruised by the Pelicans 16-1 Thursday night.

Bodie Wilson go the win on the mound going 3 scoreless innings while collecting 5 Ks. Marc Boggio, Don Massoud and John Menth each grab impressive relief innings to close out the night.

The offense was led by Boggio, who had 3 hits on the night. Rob Carroll and Matt Allen each had two hits with Carroll adding a HR. Other Thunderbirds collecting hits on the night include Brent Smerczynski, Menth, Wilson and Ron Short.
